Silicone Rubber Recycling Process

We need Silicone waste, silicone rubber scraps, silicone molds,waste silicone oil, and expired rubber compound HTV.

We also collect expired and surplus liquid silicone rubber (LSR),and other liquid materials related to silicone. If you have any questions, you can consult us.

Recycling Process:

1.Collecting Silicone

The silicone materials we collect are often defective, rejected products, cutoffs and leftover materials. we also collect expired and surplus liquid silicone rubber (LSR), and other liquid materials related to silicone.

2.Grinding down Into Small Pieces

After collection, the silicone is grinded down into small pieces. 

3.High Temperature Heating

Heat the silicone in high temperatures along with catalysts inside a large chemical reactor.

4.Filtrating

The liquid collected in the above step goes through a series filtration to remove solid impurities.

5.Redistributing

The filtered (DMC) is now ready to return to another one of our chemical reactors to be further heated with catalysts in a process called redistribution. 

6.Polymerization

Polymerization is an essential step where the viscosities of our silicone oils are determined.

7.Collecting Silicone Oil

Collecting the finished silicone oil.
